Open the app, go to the Pro screen and tap Restore. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Golden Hour and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Golden Hour uses your current location. Check that Location is allowed in Settings → Golden Hour → Location, then reopen the app. With Pro you can also save any spot and choose its scene yourself.
Allow notifications in Settings → Golden Hour → Notifications and keep Background App Refresh on. Alerts are scheduled on your phone from the latest forecast, so open the app now and then to keep them fresh.
Widgets refresh a few times a day, as iOS allows. Opening the app refreshes them right away.
The score is an estimate built from cloud cover at different heights, humidity, visibility and rain. Weather changes fast near sunset, so treat it as a good guess, not a promise. The scene is an artistic illustration, not a photo of your view.
